Its entirely irrelevant for most of the diaries it impacts. People are reporting its like 20k/hr early lvls and from commentors in this thread its a 150+hr grind for full outfit. Assuming those numbers are correct, you're roughly 84 by the time you finish the outfit so the only diary this actually impacts is fally elite.Lumby and fremmy are the easiest diaries to complete. Karamja and Western Provinces are the hardest diaries. Fremmy elite is probably the easiest. Hardest req is 77 rc (+ boost). Kinda down to the individual about what skills they like to train and are fast to train. My first two diaries I got elite were morytania and desert.

An "easy" workaround for the quest status would be to code in the requirements for the quests and if the account doesn't have the required levels, then the tier of the diaries won't be completable. This is coming from a 1 pray 1 def pure though, so I already know I can only do wildly hard (as wildly elite requires a lava bone to be buried(I think))

np, i boosted everything i could but i dont reccomend it.. even +5 wc for the farming req, its a royal pain in the ass so just get that level.
